The service

Tresenly is software for running a gym, provided by Shakib Khatri, Weiherstraße 27, 76327 Pfinztal-Berghausen, Germany. These terms apply between us and the gym that uses Tresenly.

Free trial

The first 30 days are free and start once we have set up your gym. Nothing is charged without your consent.

Price

Tresenly costs ₹799 a month, or ₹7,999 a year paid in advance, plus GST where applicable. The price covers the whole gym and all its staff.

Ending the plan

A monthly plan can be ended at the end of any month, a yearly plan at the end of its year. You can download your data at any time.

Your data

The data of your gym belongs to you. We process member data only on your behalf and only to run Tresenly, see the privacy policy.

You make sure your members agree to you keeping their data and writing to them on WhatsApp.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and give access only to your own staff. Do not use Tresenly for anything unlawful.

Receipts and tax

Receipts and GST details in Tresenly are made from what you enter. You remain responsible for your tax and for checking the details with your chartered accountant.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Tresenly running at all times, but cannot promise that it never fails.

We are liable for damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes

We tell you about changes to these terms by email at least 30 days before they apply.
