Controller

The controller for this website is the provider named in the legal notice.

Hosting

This website and the app are hosted with Google. When you open a page, Google processes your IP address, the time and the page requested in order to deliver it. Data may also be transferred to the USA in the process. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Login and gym data

Gym staff sign in with an email address and a password through a service from Google. Member, contract and check-in data is stored in a database in Frankfurt (Germany).

For the member data of a gym, the gym is the controller. Tresenly processes this data on behalf of the gym.

To make sure requests reach our servers from the app and not from automated programs, the app uses Google reCAPTCHA. Google processes your IP address and details about your browser and device for this, and may store and read data in your browser.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses no tracking and no analytics. Your browser only stores what the app needs to work: the chosen language, the login session and data for offline use.

Contact form

When you send the form on the start page, we store your name, the name of your gym, your phone number or email address and your message in our database in Frankfurt (Germany). We use these details only to answer your request and delete them once they are no longer needed for that.

So that your request reaches us right away, it is also sent to us by email. The sending is handled by the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA).

To protect the form against misuse by automated programs, we use Google reCAPTCHA when it is sent. Google processes your IP address and details about your browser and device for this, and may store and read data in your browser. reCAPTCHA is only loaded when you send the form.

Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp

If you write to us, we use your details only to answer your request.

Emails to our address are forwarded to our inbox through the service ImprovMX (USA).

If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) also processes your message and your phone number.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
